Study Timer - 데이터 삭제 요청 (Data Deletion Request)

본 안내는 Study Timer(패키지명 com.kangmunsu.studytimer, 제공자 하루스튜디오)의 데이터 삭제 방법을 설명합니다.

1. 선택형 Google 로그인과 동기화

Study Timer의 타이머·통계 등 기본 기능은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 공부 기록은 먼저 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.

이용자가 별도로 동의하고 Google 로그인을 선택한 경우에만 동기화 계정이 생성되고, 계정 정보와 공부 기록이 서버에 백업되어 여러 기기 동기화와 새 기기 복원에 사용됩니다.

2. 삭제 방법

삭제 범위	방법
일부 데이터 (공부 기록·과목·시험 등 개별 항목)	앱 화면에서 해당 항목을 직접 삭제합니다.
이 기기의 로컬 데이터	Android 설정에서 Study Timer의 저장공간 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거합니다. 동기화 계정과 서버 백업은 이 방법으로 삭제되지 않습니다.
동기화 계정 및 서버 백업	앱의 설정 → 백업 및 동기화 → 동기화 계정 삭제에서 서버 계정·인증 연결·서버에 백업된 공부 기록과 Firebase 사용자를 삭제하고 Google 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다. 이 기기의 로컬 공부 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다.

3. 웹으로 삭제를 요청하는 방법

앱을 이미 삭제하셨거나 앱 안에서 처리하기 어려운 경우, 아래 이메일로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.

본문에 적어 주실 것: 삭제를 원하는 범위와 Google 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소. 이메일은 계정 확인과 삭제 요청 처리에만 사용합니다.
처리 기한: 요청을 받은 날로부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리 결과를 회신합니다.

웹 요청으로는 서버 계정과 서버 백업을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개발자가 이용자의 기기에 직접 접근할 수 없으므로 기기의 로컬 기록은 이용자가 앱 또는 Android 설정에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

4. 이미 Google로 전송된 정보

본 앱은 이용 분석(Firebase Analytics), 오류 진단(Firebase Crashlytics), 광고(Google AdMob)를 위해 일부 정보를 Google로 전송합니다. 여기에는 이용자가 입력한 과목명·메모·시험명·성적 값이 포함되지 않습니다.

이 정보의 보관 기간과 삭제는 Google의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.
기기의 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정하면 광고 식별자와의 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.

5. 보관되는 정보

동기화 계정과 서버 백업은 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 운영 DB에서 삭제된 정보가 암호화된 RDS 자동 백업에 최대 7일 남을 수 있으나 일반 서비스에서는 조회하거나 사용하지 않으며 보존기간 만료 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

앱 설정값을 내려받는 서버(api.harustudio.net)의 접속 기록에는 IP 주소 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.

동기화 계정 삭제 후 다시 Google 로그인하고 동기화에 동의하면, 기기에 남아 있던 로컬 기록이 새 서버 계정에 다시 백업될 수 있습니다.

Data Deletion Request (English)

This page explains how to delete your data for Study Timer (package com.kangmunsu.studytimer, provided by Haru Studio).

1. Optional Google sign-in and sync

Core features such as the timer and statistics are available without registration or sign-in, and study records are stored on your device first.

Only if you separately consent and choose Google sign-in does the App create a sync account and back up account information and study records to the server for multi-device sync and restoration on a new device.

2. How to delete

Scope	How
Partial (individual study sessions, subjects, exams)	Delete the item directly in the app.
Local data on this device	Clear Study Timer's storage data in Android settings or uninstall the App. This does not delete a sync account or server backup.
Sync account and server backup	Use Settings → Backup & Sync → Delete sync account to delete the server account, authentication connection, study records backed up on the server and Firebase user, and to unlink Google. Local study records on this device are not deleted.

3. Requesting deletion from the web

If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot complete the request inside the app, please email us.

Please include: the scope you want deleted and the email address used for Google sign-in. The email is used only to verify the account and process the deletion request.
Response time: we will respond within 7 business days of receiving your request.

A web request can delete the server account and server backup. Because the developer cannot access your device, you must delete local records yourself in the App or Android settings.

4. Information already sent to Google

The app sends limited information to Google for usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics), and advertising (Google AdMob). This does not include the subject names, notes, exam names, or score values you enter.

Retention and deletion of that information follow Google's own policies and procedures.
You can break the link to your advertising identifier by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.

5. What is retained

The sync account and server backup are retained until account deletion. Data deleted from the production database may remain in encrypted RDS automated backups for up to seven days, is not queried or used by the live service, and expires automatically.

Access logs for the configuration server (api.harustudio.net) do not contain IP addresses or other information that identifies users.

If you sign in with Google again and consent to sync after deleting the sync account, local records remaining on the device may be backed up to a new server account.
